Over the summer, FX mercilessly teased “American Horror Story” fans with tantalizing story details and little to no footage from the followup, “American Horror Story: Asylum.”

That changes today.

With just under two weeks before the season premiere, FX has finally released a new minute long trailer that offers a better taste of what’s ahead. In the present day, we see newly weds, Leo (Adam Levine) and Teresa (Jenna Dewan-Tatum) visiting the now abandoned asylum as part of their honeymoon. But something from the past is clearly coming for them…

We also see several clips from the bulk of the story; which takes place in the ‘60s and follows Jessica Lange’s Sister Jude as she runs the mysterious asylum alongside Monsignor Timothy O'Hara (Joseph Fiennes). We also catch a glimpse of an investigative journalist named Lana (Sarah Paulson); seeks to uncover the asylum’s secrets… which may prove dangerous to her mental and physical health.

“American Horror Story: Asylum” begins on Wednesday, October 17 on FX!
