We get the skinny on the latest from stand-up and actor Bryan Callen!

You’re probably already familiar with Bryan Callen’s work whether you know it or not. He’s a brilliant stand-up comic, he was one of the stand-out performers during MadTV’s starting years, he’s been featured in The Hangover, and most recently he was seen in the award-nominated sports drama, Warrior.

Now he wants you to take another journey with him into the world of podcasting goodness: Man Thoughts: With Bryan Callen

Not that he really needed to, but Mr. Callen earned his podcasting chops working closely with Joe Rogan on his very popular show, The Joe Rogan Experience as a frequent guest. It was only a natural progression for Callen to start his own show. Callen’s Man Thoughts is The Joe Rogan Experience, without the repetitive pot talk (not that there is anything wrong with that) which makes for a on-point discussion. Callen tackles news and subjects of the day as well as some more existential life questions that he and his guests (Jay Mohr, Michael Rappaport) explore together. It’s very entertaining audio, and as always, Callen can always be counted on for a laugh.

Have a listen:

Bottom line: If you’re a fan of The Joe Rogan Experience or Callen’s previous work, you need to stop reading this and listen to every single episode that Man Thoughts has out. If you enjoy a broader discussion about life and the universe on your podcasts along with plenty of comedy, you’ve just found a new addition to your weekly line up.

Rating: Definitely worth a listen.
