Hailed by critics from coast to coast, James is an award-winning comedian who has consistently sold out theatres across the country with his hilarious satirical performances. His one-hour comedy specials "The Road Between My Ears," "Quest for the West," "West Coast Wild," and "Back Home and Manitoba Bound" garnered nearly one million viewers on CBC Television (according to the network).

The fourth season of "The Ron James Show" will not be airing in its usual September timeslot, the comedian posted on his official website, and has a new broadcast time for 2013. Things get started on New Year's Eve this year with a special edition of the show. A total of 13 episodes of season 4 are in the plans, airing through till the spring of next year.
