In preperation for the launch of Far Cry 3, Ubisoft has taken to rolling out medium sized trailers stacked with slices of the game's island locale and local culture. The whole thing has a tourist vibe, something the game makers might be aiming for overall.
You can dig part one of this series right here.
As for part two, well, here she be.
Far Cry 1 and 2 were both strong games. I immediately fell in love with the open world of Far Cry 2 when I first landed a copy. Too bad that love turned into painstaking frustration as the world events and travel system coupled to be one of the most boring I'd seen in a long time.
Far Cry 3, however, appears more dynamic and better tooled. Let's hope that holds up for the retail version of the game.
Far Cry 3 will launch for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms on December 4th of this year.
