Last week on "Strike Back," Sgt. Michael Stonebridge (Philip Winchester) officially returned to Section 20 after the violent murder of his wife. And while Stonebridge insisted that he was fit for duty, his partner, Sgt. Damien Scott (Sullivan Stapleton) noticed a few of his mental slip ups, including a moment when Stonebridge almost let the courier, Othmani (Said Taghmaoui) slip away before he was badly injured in the struggle.

Before we share this week's exclusive clip from Cinemax, another scene shared by the network shows us that Scott has reasons for concern as he tries to gauge the mental stability of his friend while they try to elude the forces of the terrorist known as El Soldat (Farid Elouardi).

And in the aftermath of that clip, our exclusive preview scene shows us Scott, Stonebridge and their ally, Makunda (Laëtitia Eïdo) as they attempt to survive a very deadly situation while El Soldat and his men move in on them.

Cinemax's synopsis of the episode seems to suggest that Scott and Stonebridge will have more than just El Soldat to worry about as they attempt to locate the missing nuclear triggers…

"Stonebridge, Scott and Markunda take Othmani deeper into hostile rural territory. They seek refuge with a local in a remote area while the terrorist, his militia and yet another interested party closes in."

The new season of "Strike Back" continues this Friday on Cinemax!
