Hooray for functioning voices and minimal sonic glitches!  The Book Report, Crave Online's comic book podcast, is back in force now that disease has run its course and the Skype connection between Andy Hunsaker and Iann Robinson has cleared up significantly.  It's still Skype, of course, but you take what you can get!

This week, we talk about the movie news – namely, X-Men: Days of Future Past and Dr. Who taking on Malekith in Thor: The Dark World. We also run down the creative changes for Marvel NOW, including Mark Waid on "Indestructible Hulk" and Brian Posehn on Deadpool (including a rundown of the Twitter brouhaha that Ol' Rob Liefeld kicked off this week). There's also the yays and nays of the week, with reviews of Daredevil, Avengers vs. X-Men, Harvest, Swamp Thing, Animal Man, Hawkeye, First X-Men, Avengers Academy, Earth 2, The Shadow, The Spider, Beasts of Burden: Neighborhood Watch, Mind The Gap and more.

And thanks to My Special Agent for allowing us to use their Hulk song "Anger/Danger" as our opening theme.

As mentioned in the show – behold… Rifftrax!
