For those of you looking for the Olympic TV schedule on here for this week, you are out of luck. The TV schedule for this huge event is, well, huge. Practically at any time of the day can you browse through your channels and find some Olympics on, so we are going with that. Instead, I'm offering a variety of other sports for those who find the Olympics a little overwhelming.

(SOCCER) New York Red Bulls vs Tottenham Hotspur 7 pm ESPN2

(MLB) Philadelphia at Washington 7:05 pm MLB Network

(POKER) 2012 World Series of Poker: Big one For One Drop 8 pm ESPN- Someday, I'm going to actually improve my poker game to the point where I can compete in a big event like this. Right now, I'm a little too by the book and my reads suck. Until then, though, it's fun to watch the big boys go at it.

(MLB) Pittsburgh at Cincinnati 7:10 pm MLB Network- Who would have thought that the Pirates would have a meaningful series in August. Well, they do, and if they can take this weekend from the Reds then they are on their way to reclaiming the top spot in the NL Central.

(NFL) Arizona at New Orleans 8 pm NFL Network- Are you ready for some football? Well, I sure am and this Hall of Fame game marks the beginning of the 2012 preseason and one step closer to the real deal.
