At the end of "Parks and Recreation" season 4, Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) finally won the election for City Counsel and gave her blessing to her boyfriend Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott) to take a prestigious campaign job in Washington D.C. which could revitalize his career.

Earlier this summer, NBC indicated that at least some episodes of "Parks and Recreation" will be filmed in Washington D.C. as Leslie visits Ben at his new workplace. But now NBC has revealed that three U.S. Senators will make cameo appearances in the second episode of the season, "Ms. Knope Goes To Washington." Senators John McCain, Barbara Boxer and Olympia Snowe will all appear as themselves when Ben and Leslie attend a political mixer in our nation's capitol.

And apparently, Ben won't be the only regular "Parks and Recreation" cast member stationed in D.C. for the time being. Aubrey Plaza's April Ludgate-Dwyer will accompany Ben and work alongside him on the campaign. April's husband, Andy (Chris Pratt) will also come with Leslie on the trip to Washington to see their respective loved ones.

"Parks and Recreation" will return to NBC on Thursday, September 20. The episode with Senators McCain, Boxer and Snowe will air the following week on Thursday, September 27.
