The Geek Goddess won't be playing an elf or a creature, but she will portray a hacker.

Next month on "Supernatural," Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) are getting some unexpected help in their war against the Leviathans thanks to a young woman played by Felicia Day.

TV Guide is reporting that Day will make a guest appearance in the April 27 episode of "Supernatural;" which is called "The Girl With the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo."

The story will continue to expand on Dean's attempt to bring down the Leviathan leader, Dick Roman (James Patrick Stewart); who also murdered the Winchesters' mentor, Bobby Singer.

"Felicia plays a girl named Charlie who is sort of a lowly tech working in one of Dick Roman's companies," explained "Supernatural" showrunner, Sera Gamble. "She's an amateur computer hacker and unwittingly gets wrapped up in Sam and Dean's problems. It's a classic story of an everyday girl who does not want to be in a whistleblower position."

Day is well known among genre fans for her hit web series "The Guild," and the wildly popular "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" in addition to her appearances on "Dollhouse" and "Eureka." Day even has supernatural experience from her stint on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and the web series "Dragon Age: Redemption."

The seventh season of "Supernatural" will resume this Friday night at 9pm on The CW.
