Activision has confirmed a March 20th launch date for the first "Content Collection" for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox 360 (Elite subs can snag it tomorrow, March 13th). The downloadable content pack will include four multiplayer maps and two Spec Ops missions. According to developers Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software, this is the most ambitious DLC pack the Call of Duty franchise has ever seen.
The four multiplayer maps included are "Overwatch," "Liberation," "Piazza" and "Black Box." Call of Duty Elite subscribers have been playing "Overwatch," "Piazza" and "Liberation" for a little over a month now. "Black Box," however, is a completely fresh jam for everyone.
On the co-op side of the picture, the Content Collection #1 pack offers up "Negotiator" and "Black Ice," both of which you get a taste of with the below trailer.
The Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection #1 hits Xbox Live March 20th (March 13th for Elite subs). PlayStation 3/PC owners will get it at a later date. So, the question remains: will you be buying it?
