Appearing in more than 200 movies and television shows, most notably playing John Cavilon in "Battlestar Galactica," Dean Stockwell will be at the 2012 Wizard World Toronto Comic Con, which runs from April 14-15.

Stockwell, who will turn 76 on March 3rd, is one of just a handful of Hollywood child stars who has gone on to on-screen success as an adult. His preteen roles included 1940s blockbusters "Anchors Aweigh" (1945) and "Gentleman's Agreement" (1947), followed by well-received parts in "Sons and Lovers" (1960) and "Long Day's Journey Into Night" (1962). After having starred in "Quantum Leap" and performing in memorable roles in flicks like "Married to the Mob" (for which he was nominated for the best supporting actor Oscar), Stockwell will be making his first-ever appearance at a Wizard World show. He is scheduled to meet with fans, sign autographs, pose for photos, and take part in a Q&A panel at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC).

He will join co-star Scott Bakula of "Quantum Leap" (who also appeared in "Enterprise" and "Star Trek Legacy"), along with Paul Wesley of "The Vampire Diaries" and "Star Trek: Voyager"'s Jeri Ryan.

Tens of thousands of fans are expected to attend the two-day Comic Con event. Canada’s Toronto Comic Con brings it all – movies, comics, toys, video gaming, games, TV, graphic novels, horror, wrestling, MMA, original art, collectibles, anime, manga, and more.
