Get on to some good times. Today’s sketches are better than most, so enough reading and get to laughing, and wasting your day away on line! 😀
My Damn Channel – You Suck At Photoshop #1: Distort, Warp and Layer Effects (link)
“Donnie Hoyle pulls a digital end-around on a restraining order and vandalizes a Vanagon.” If you’ve never seen you suck at photoshop, this is one of the most hilarious semi-useful instructional series out there.
Following the sad life of Donnie Hoyle and his cathartic vendictification (no that’s not a real word, but it should be) via photoshop, our voice over hero enacts his revenge on a multitude of things and people via Adobe.
Dailymotion – "My Romeo" – Mathieu Scott (link)
I’m pretty sure this is what a bad acid trip looks like. It’s a pretty weird little video of friends in bunny masks abusing another friend, with a pretty bad shakey came. But the song is pretty infectious and I can easily see why this thing pulled in 17,000 views so far… and also.. WTF?!
Dorkly – Batman is the 1% (link)
Once again Dorkly brings out some amazing 8-bit awesomeness with this Occupy Gotham animation about Batman facing off with the 99%
A+ Dorks, you don’ did it good.
UCB Comecy – Die Hard: Read This (link)
Sketch Cram is a weekly one day show challenge the folks over at UCB LA have done for about 3 years now. A full show of live sketches and videos are conceived in the morning, shot produced and performed (or played) live on stage some 12 hours later that night. So considering all that, this is pretty good.
Youtube – Bad Friends: The Shower + Online Gamer: Nemesis Teaser (link)
This sketch is super gay. And that’s ok.
That’s what’s funny on the world of the web today.
Now go forth and tell the world, you’re as mad as hell and you want some hot chocolate. Oh man how good would hot chocolate be right now? I don’t know about you but it’s gray and gloomy and chilly here in Los Angeles (America’s Florida, my ass! All lies) and I want some hot cocco.
