Assassin’s Creed: Revelations just tore out of the gates yesterday, but Ubisoft is already making more waves by announcing the first DLC expansion for the game’s multiplayer component. Assassins everywhere, say hello to the Ancestors Character Pack, which releases on December 13th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The DLC pack will introduce four new character skins to Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’ multiplayer component — the Privateer, Corsair, Brigand and Gladiator. Each character will come with their own unique set of taunts, weapons and assassination moves. Because, you know, no one likes an assassin copycat.

The DLC will release for $3.99 on the PlayStation Network and 320 MS Points on Xbox Live. Ubisoft says they have more planned DLC up their sleeve, but we’re going to have to wait a bit longer to hear more about that.

In other Assassin’s Creed news, the PC version of Revelations releases on November 29, 2011.
