Happy Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim release day! There’s probably a good chance that half the people on the Internet won’t see this post, or any today for that matter, because they’re too busy logging hours into Bethesda’s latest open-world outing. But if you are sticking around, maybe even counting down the hours at your day job until you can rush out and pick up the game, this post is for you.

Animator Harry Partridge has put together quite the stellar ode to Skyrim via cartoon and song. So drop those rhythm and fitness games, and those cooking sims, it’s time to enter the world of Skyrim.

And if you enjoyed the above video, here’s another one Partridge put together after the Skyrim announcement trailer was released. Personally, I like this one a bit better. The song is hilarious (and true), and the ending is great.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is available today for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. You can read our full Skyrim review now.
