Penguin: Pain and Prejudice #2

Gregg Hurwitz's Penguin: Pain and Prejudice #1 was one of the most surprisingly great stories to come out of DC's New 52, even if it was #53 or #54, technically.  It crafted an amazing aura of fear and cruelty that Oswald Cobblepot has cultivated in his criminal world based entirely on how cold and hateful the world had treated him all of his life – until he got his money and power, so he could return the favor for even the slightest indignity.

And now Batman has done a lot more than slight him.  How will the Penguin respond?
