Activision has announced that hip-hop mogul Kayne West will perform at the upcoming Call of Duty XP convention. West will take the stage on the last day of the fan convention, Saturday, September 3rd, at roughly 8 PM. After a full two days of pwning noobs, attendees of the event will be able to see Kayne’s first live appearance since the release of his latest #1 album with collaborator Jay-Z, “Watch the Throne.”
Kayne is but the latest addition to a long list of blockbuster entertainment provided by Activision for the Call of Duty XP convention. Attendees will be able to go hands on with Modern Warfare 3, compete in a $1 million tournament, speed run real-world recreations of famous levels from the Modern Warfare series and be the first to see some of the premium episodic content coming to Call of Duty Elite from the likes of Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Ridley Scott.
Call of Duty XP runs from September 2-3, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Tickets for Call of Duty XP are on sale now and will run you $150. All proceeds go to the Call of Duty Endowment Fund, which helps soldiers returning home ease back into civilian life.
