Best Buy may be a big corporate entity but they also get cool exclusive movie materials like, all the time. Now, the big summer blockbuster Thor joins The Lord of the Rings and The Taking of Pelham One Two Three in the "Exclusive" club with a Blu-Ray set that includes a limited edition Journey Into Mystery #83 cover (which boasted Thor's first appearance in a Marvel comic book way back in August, 1962), and a bonus offer for anyone who pre-orders online before the film's home video release on September 13, 2011.

Yes, if you pre-order Thor at, they'll throw in a free month of Marvel Digital Comics. It's a $9.99 value, which is certainly a nice touch for comic book fans who are probably buying the movie anyway.

These Best Buy exclusives accompany an already loaded home video release which includes 80 minutes of bonus material, including the original Marvel Studios short film The Consultant, starring Clark Gregg.

CraveOnline will return with more exciting Blu-Ray news once we set up our new surround sound system…
