Now this is just plain nutty. We know the Fantastic Four is reeling from the death of Johnny Storm, and we know that Ben Grimm is blaming himself and taking the loss of his favorite verbal sparring partner particularly hard. But is inviting Victor Von Doom into the Baxter Building really the best thing to do right now?
That's what happened at the end of FF #1, thanks to a collaboration between Reed Richards' gifted daughter Valeria and his vagabond father Nathaniel, neither of whom are known for their social graces. Reed didn't take it very well at the end of that issue, and in FF #2, due out at the end of the month, we find out that the Ever-Lovin' Blue-Eyed Thing has a serious problem here. He's been itchin' for something to hit, and there's nothing like the tin-plated Latverian to fit that bill.
Of course, Doom hasn't been the same since the Leader and M.O.D.O.K. savaged his mind during World War Hulks. But will the FF really help Doom regain his faculties if it means restoring their most dangerous enemy?
