Panda’s are so 2016, sorry Desiigner. Koala’s are the new “it” bear, thanks in part to the likes of FRND (pronounced “friend”), whose new music video features a cuddly, animated Australian marsupial “gamer.”

While not much is known about the mysterious LA-based producer (other than the artist is signed to Crooked Paintings), what is evident is that the recovering sousaphone (fancy word for tuba) enthusiast can bake a sugar-fueled EDM beat, topped with easy-on-the-ears harmonies.

Crave is exclusively premiering FRND’s Murakami-esque new music video, which actually features two singles (“Friend”, “Sticks and Stones,”), both of whom have racked up over two million streams combined.
