OK, this is where I draw the line, Disney, you awful, money-grubbing jerks.

After the huge hit that the live-action remake of “The Jungle Book” was, a live-action version of one of the most beloved animated movies, “The Lion King,” is set to be made, with the same director that directed Mowgli and his furry pals (Jon Favreau).

So Now Disney Is Making A Live-Action Remake Of ‘The Lion King’

Walt Disney Studios confirmed the news in a press release after Favreau hinted┬áto his “next project” on Twitter with a lion and crown emoji┬áthis morning.

While no release date has been set, this version of “The Lion King” will follow the same musical format of “The Jungle Book,” so get ready for that, folks.

Can’t wait for Disney to remake the remake of this.
