Yamila Diaz-Rahi aka Yamila Diaz was born on March 9, 1975 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is known as a fashion model notable for her appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
Yamila Diaz is a mix of Lebanese and Spanish ancestry. Her mother is a health care manager and her father was a doctor. She has two sisters, Maria and Yael. She speaks Portuguese, Italian and English. Her measurements are 33.5-24-35.
Growing up, Yamila had no intention of becoming a model. When she was ten, she wanted to be a veterinarian. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Yamila Diaz said the song that reminds her of her first kiss is Fast Car by Tracy Chapman. The first album she ever bought was from Queen and the first concert she ever attended was to see Lenny Kravitz. Her hobbies include reading literature.
Though she has dated Enrique Iglesias and Wasee Panah, she is currently dating Guiliano Guarneri, with whom she now lives.
According to the observer.com, in 2011 Yamila Diaz sold her two bedroom penthouse in New York City and moved to a brownstone in Brooklyn, which includes three wood burning fireplaces, original pocket doors, a gigantic eat-in-kitchen leading to the garden, a formal dining room, and windows on all sides.
