Sandra McCoy is an American actress and dancer. She has appeared in films such as "Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough" and "Cry_Wolf," as well as TV series such as "Two and a Half Men" and "Supernatural."
Sandra Christina McCoy was born in San Jose, California on August 14, 1979. She is of Filipino and Irish descent. Unlike most actresses, her childhood is wrought with tragedy. In the fall of 1993, her mother, father, and younger brother were all killed in a horrific plane crash, leaving her the sole survivor. Fortunately, Sandra was able to put the broken pieces of her life together and carry one, however. She continued to train as a dancer and gymnast growing up (which she'd been doing since eight years old), and made the cheerleading squad and both the soccer and diving teams at Independence High School in Santa Clara, California. She was also crowned her class' homecoming queen senior year.

After getting her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University, Sandra moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in show business. Her first attempt at stardom came in the form of an all-girl pop music group. While it didn't take, she never gave up, and eventually landed the lead role in the 'N Sync music video for the song, "Pop." She became an official Los Angeles Lakers cheerleader during the 2002-2003 season as well.
Of course, even though she's had much success in other aspects of show business, acting is what Sandra is most known for. After landing several small roles in TV shows and movies between 2001 and 2004, she finally began gaining notoriety in 2005 with films like "Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough" and "Cry_Wolf," which is the role she is most famous for. She also met long-time boyfriend and former fiancé, Jared Padalecki, on the same film. The two are no longer together, however. Since then, Sandra has continued to act, and even began pursuing her Ph.D in Psychology in 2008.
