Bio

While in high school, she had problems adapting to life with a new stepfather and stepbrother, and she moved to Laguna Beach, California to live with her father. She first went to Santa Margarita Catholic High School, and then after getting her driver's license, attended Laguna Beach High School.

Kristin Cavallari was in her junior year when production began on "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County." She hoped to use her celebrity to jumpstart an acting career.

In 2009, Kristin joined the reality series "The Hills." She told People she didn't mind being dubbed the 'bitch.' "It's fun. I definitely play it up and have a good time with it. No one remembers the nice girl, everyone remembers the bitch." In 2011, she admitted that almost all of "The Hills" was scripted. "I think I can say that now. I guess no one can get mad at me anymore" (hillsfreak.blogspot.com). Kristin Cavallari added, "I didn't hang out with those people. I had all my friends that were never filmed. It was work three days a week. We'd go to work, do three scenes a day, change, do another scene, and then you leave and you have your other life, your private life."

Kristin Cavallari segued into acting and landed a role on "Get This Party Started," but the series was cancelled after only two episodes. Kristin appeared on "Veronica Mars," "CSI: NY," "Cane," "The Middle," and "Adventures in Hollywood."

She briefly attended Loyola Marymount University.

Her film roles include "Spring Breakdown," "Wild Cherry," "Fingerprints," and "National Lampoon's Van Wilder: Freshman Year."

Kristin Cavallari was also on the 13th season of "Dancing with the Stars," and was the third contestant eliminated. She said of her experience, "I'm out of my element here. The only style of dance I would do is like bop around a club."

She has been involved in "Until There's a Cure," a public service campaign to raise awareness for AIDS and HIV.

Kirstin Cavallari and Jay Cutler had an on-and-off again relationship and she gave birth to their son Camden in 2012. She calls Camden "Boo Boo." When asked about her wedding to Jay Cutler, she told Us Magazine, "I'm too busy with Camden to even think about planning a wedding. And I want Camden to walk down the aisle, so we'd have to wait anyway for him to start walking."
